Service and accounts
The service is provided under the Goat Journey company and brand, managed by Wael Irzeqat in Ramallah, Palestine. Contact: goatjourney.ps@gmail.com. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms and review the privacy policy. You must be authorized to act for any café or organization you represent.
Use a valid email, verify your account and protect your credentials. Access requires administrator approval and a valid subscription or permissions; an account does not unlock all features. Report unauthorized use.
Trials and subscriptions
The default trial is 7 days, though the administrator may assign a different duration or permissions. Trial accounts cannot export or print; AI and other features depend on permissions. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are currently managed manually. Price, currency, period, features, usage limits and refund terms are defined in the agreed offer before payment. No universal price or automatic renewal is implied. Expiry or suspension may restrict access without deleting data. Ask us before paying if cancellation or refund conditions are unclear.
Content ownership and permissions
Rights to your recipes, images, files and branding remain yours or their respective owners’. You grant the service permission to store, process and display content according to your choices to operate requested features, without transferring ownership. Only upload content you are entitled to use.
Workspace owners manage invitations, roles, menu publication and training links. The service design, Goat Journey Lab branding and original content remain the property of their owners.
Menus, training and links
Review names, prices, ingredients, images and language before publishing. Café owners are responsible for accuracy, allergen disclosures and updates. Digital menus display information; they do not place orders or collect payment unless a specific feature explicitly provides that function.
Anyone with a public link or QR can access its assigned content. Training links can be revoked, but screenshots, photography and external copying cannot be guaranteed to be blocked. Inform trainees about collection of results and images for evaluation.
Recipes, AI and food safety
Import extraction, AI, costing and calorie calculations are assistance tools and can be incorrect. Review results before approving them or presenting them to customers. Calories are estimates affected by quantities, brands and preparation; they are not laboratory analysis.
AI and clarification-lab outputs do not establish product safety, shelf life or suitability for room-temperature storage. A pH reading alone does not establish safety. Producers are responsible for appropriate testing, hygiene, refrigeration, allergens and local requirements before selling.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass permissions, access another workspace’s data, disclose service keys, upload malicious files, disrupt the service or publish unlawful content. Use only authorized accounts and links. Access may be suspended for security risks, abuse or subscription expiry.
Availability and limits
The service depends on connectivity and hosting, authentication, AI and email providers. Maintenance or faults may interrupt access. These terms do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free results or immediate recovery. Additional service levels require a written agreement.
Features and storage, recipe, menu and export limits depend on your plan. Material changes affecting a paid subscription should be explained before applying them to that subscription. Keep appropriate copies of your work; you can request a copy through support when in-app exports are unavailable.
Account closure and privacy
You can request account closure by email. Administrative deletion currently retains a separate archive as described in the privacy policy; explicitly request data and archive erasure if needed. Some information may remain for security, obligations or backups as explained in that policy.
Responsibility, updates and contact
These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Each party’s responsibility and any dispute are subject to applicable legal rules and the parties’ written agreement. This page does not impose an automatic penalty or a blanket waiver of rights.
